We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleted accounts are purged within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

However, no system is 100% secure. Use ChatETS at your own risk.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place for such transfers in compliance with applicable laws.

11. Children's Privacy

ChatETS is not intended for users under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

13. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

14. CAN-SPAM Compliance

All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days. Our physical address is included in all commercial emails.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
