1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChatETS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational and Informational Purposes

IMPORTANT: ChatETS is intended for EDUCATIONAL and INFORMATIONAL purposes only.

The information, advice, recommendations, and content provided by ChatETS ("Output") should not be considered as professional engineering advice, legal advice, or a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. All Output must be independently verified by qualified personnel before implementation.

3. No Warranty

ChatETS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or Output
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Freedom from viruses or harmful components

We make no representation that ChatETS will meet your requirements or expectations.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

ETS Corporation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in Output
  • Decisions made in reliance on ChatETS Output

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IF YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, the above limitations may not apply in full. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, or to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ETS Corporation and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of ChatETS
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your implementation of any Output without proper verification
  • Any decisions made in reliance on ChatETS

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Verifying all Output with qualified professionals
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Maintaining account security and confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Any consequences of implementing ChatETS Output

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use ChatETS for safety-critical applications without independent verification
  • Rely solely on ChatETS for engineering decisions
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Share your account credentials
  • Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

8. Intellectual Property

ChatETS and its content (excluding User Content) are owned by ETS Corporation and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

9. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or service announcement.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ETS Corporation regarding ChatETS.
